Our Tanks Aren’t Pretty but Your Windows Will Be!
AwnGuard has expanded services prompted by customer requests to include window washing services. At face value, windows seem like a fairly simple proposition, however we quickly learned that like many things, there is the “cheap” way and then there is the “right” way. AwnGuard has always been committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers. With this in mind, it was immediately clear that utilizing a deionized or a demineralized water system would create the best possible customer experience.
Deionized water tanks run regular tap or city water through a filtration process. The tanks contains several resins which attract the mineral salt ions in the water. These salts bond with the resin, resulting in water with much fewer impurities. It is mineral salts which leave those ugly water spots on glass. While deionization is not generally suitable for creating drinking water, it is an excellent way to improve the quality of a water supply for superior cleaning. The results of windows cleaned using this methods are sparkling spot free, drip free clean windows. Beautiful!
